With our budget mail-out feature, we give property managers or board members the ability to upload and send out condo fees through our online platform. We provide a simple budget template, you just need to add the unit number and the amount owed, and the system will take care of the rest.
Customize the announcement & email with drag and drop
Not everyone is tech-savvy, so we provide you with a customizable mailout template. You can simply drag and drop what you would like to add to the email or remove things you would like to leave out. The announcements also have drag and drop capabilities enabled. You can choose from an array of elements to add to your budget announcements. Announcements will be shown as soon as the owners log into their portal.
Enable owners to pay their condo fees online through the owners portal
Owners no longer need to write cheques to pay their condo fees. We give owners full control of how they want to pay their fees. Owners can simply pay their fees online through Condo Control Central using their credit card or pay the traditional way with cheques. You can also run reports to see which owners paid their fees and whose balance is still pending. This will help you avoid administrative headaches by keeping track of everything for you.
Schedule your budget mail-out
Our system automates the process by enabling you to schedule when to mailout the budget, specify the deadline for when the fee is due and state the amount the owner should pay. Just simply schedule the mailout, and let our system do the rest. You can also go in and make changes or upload additional files that need to go out along with the budget before it gets sent
