Based on feedback we’ve received, we have recently updated our pricing.  You told us that you want pricing that is flexible; you want to pay only pay for the features you use. You also told us that you’re concerned about being locked in, and don’t want to deal with contracts.

 

New Pricing

As a result of your feedback, we’ve adjusted our pricing.  Here is a summary of the key changes.

  • Our Core Features start at just $40 per building per month
  • Our service is now priced per feature (pay only for the features you want to use)
  • The service is now paid monthly
  • There is no contract or commitment (cancel at any time)
  • There is no setup fee for most situations

This means you can get our most popular features (including email announcements and service requests) for only $40 per building per month.

Training & Support Still Included

It’s important to mention that there are a few things that haven’t changed about our service.  All subscriptions include the following:

  • Full support by phone or email
  • Unlimited storage
  • Training for your team, both in-person and web-based
  • Bug fixes and enhancements, delivered twice a month

These support services are designed to ensure you have the support you need.

 

Existing Customers

Existing customers can choose to continue with their existing flat-rate annual plans, or once their contract has ended, they can switch to the new monthly pricing.
