Amenity Booking Refresh, Mobile App Updates and more

Our First release for 2020 brings great new updates and integrations. We refreshed our Amenity booking feature, made many additions and visual changes to the mobile app, added extra functionality to Authorizations and integrated with Vertical City. Read on to find out more about these changes.

 

Amenity Booking Overhaul (Coming by March 31, 2020)

We have sifted through all the feedback received by heavy users of our amenity booking feature and made some major changes. Setting up and managing amenities is now easier and more customizable than ever. Here are just some of the changes we’ve made:

  • New visual and interactive calendar interface
  • Differential pricing options for different days of the week
  • Users can book multiple amenities at the same time
  • Ability to link amenities
  • Amenity will show the hours of the operation, rules, etc.
  • Ability to set up reoccurring bookings for administrators
  • Ability to revise existing booking for stripe transactions
  • And much more!

Mobile App Updates

We have made significant progress in our latest mobile release. The most noticeable will be the redesign of the home page look and feel. We have updated the visual appeal to look more modern and user-friendly. Other additions to the app include:

  • Security Patrol is available on iOS
  • The Classified Ads module available March 31

We are also moving our Security Patrol, AI Package scanner, pre/post-inspection, valet parking and signature capturing features to also be available on tablet devices. If you are interested in trying these features on the tablet, please reach out to your account manager.

 

Authorization tab changes

Allowing residents to authorize their visitors is extremely important to monitor security. We have extended this feature and now allow attaching photos to authorizations. These attachments will be visible on the Security & Concierge console. In addition, we have introduced emails for owners, notifying them about an authorized person entering and exiting the unit.

 

Vertical City Integration

Vertical City is Canada’s leading provider of smart residential and commercial elevator screens. Since 2012, they’ve helped building managers save time by effectively communicate building notices, generating new revenue, and entertaining residents. Their elevator screens and platform come at no cost to install, run, or use. Their system is free, and it generates revenue.

Condo Control Central integrates with Vertical City’s elevator screens to save you time and effort. Every building notice you post to CCC will automatically be displayed on the elevator screens.  If you’re interested, please contact your account manager and we’ll be happy to introduce you to Vertical City. 

 

Customer Satisfaction Survey

Each year we run our Customer Satisfaction Survey to gather valuable feedback from our clients. We use this feedback to get a holistic view of where we are doing well and where we can make improvements.
