Our latest release consists of a variety of great new features and updates. We made major changes to our Service Request and Lobby Display features, logging packages is now easier than ever and introduced a new signature pad. Read on to find out about all the changes.

 

AI Package Scanner

Logging packages just got faster! Not only will you be able to log multiple packages at a time on desktop, but you can now use your iOS or Android smartphone to scan package details. Our AI scanning technology allows concierge staff to quickly take a picture of the package details and can translate that to match information stored on the unit file. Once mated it will pre-fill on the create a new package page. All you need to do check the details and log the package. This is a much faster process than before and just in time for the holiday season.

Lobby Display Overhaul

We have revised our Lobby Display feature to be much more customizable. Administrators will now have the ability to do the following:

  • Choose a template they want to use
  • Upload images for each TV template they have for the building
  • Adjust dimensions for the TV in a simple way
  • Create specific regions on the display for different types of information
  • And more…

These changes will allow you to be more creative and produce announcement displays that grab your residents’ attention.

Service Request Overhaul

Thanks to feedback from our clients we have made some major changes to our service request feature. Some of the changes we have incorporated include:

  • The option to send/show automated responses for certain types of Service Requests.
  • Allocating a priority status to requests (low, medium, high or Rush).
  • Ability to change the subject or name of a service request.
  • FAQ section to allow users to find answers to common questions
  • SLA and timers for first response time and resolution.
  • Improved reporting for monthly, weekly analysis
  • And much more.

All these changes aim to make the whole service request process to run smoother so that you can take care of the requests more efficiently and keep residents happy.

New Signature Pad

Introducing our newest hardware option, the Step Over signature pad. This signature pad works similarly to our Topaz signature pad. It can be used to collect signatures for such things as parcel waivers, key check-out, visitor parking authorizations.
