ABOUT CONDO CONTROL CENTRAL

Condo Control Central provides a web-based system that helps condo property managers, board

members, security guards and owners communicate quickly and easily. Our system is

straightforward and easy to use, and our philosophy is to use customer feedback to

continuously improve and expand the services we offer.

Our Story

Brian Bosscher‘s involvement with condos started in 2006 when he purchased and moved into his. He joined the building’s finance committee immediately, and the next year he started volunteering on the Board of Directors, as Treasurer.

It was through volunteering that he obtained first-hand experience working with property managers, and witnessed the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. It was this experience that inspired him to build the better mouse trap, and Condo Control Central was born.
