Condo Control’s vendor portal feature allows managers to create new profiles directly from their portfolios. Authorized users can also complete profiles through individual workspaces.
Add custom fields and require vendors to fill out key information such as insurance details and tax ID numbers. Add notes, legal company names, and even a profile picture. Approve, deny and delete vendors, and rate your favourite companies so that you can find them quickly the next time you need them.
Automate the process of updating compliance documents
Admins will automatically receive an email about expiring compliance documents one month ahead of time. Vendors will also receive an email before their documents expire. Documents can be updated by both parties.
Improve the vendor experience
Once vendors have been approved, they will have the ability to register and update their business information, including bank account details. Payments are made more quickly when both managers and vendors are using the same platform for work order management. Vendors can also invite their team members to create their own private accounts on Condo Control.
