Snaile has found a smarter way to manage mail. The company has developed technology to detect the presence of physical mail. The recipient is notified once a letter or package has been delivered.

We integrate with Snaile to reduce the tedious and time-consuming process of package management for security and concierge, and help ensure residents get their items as soon as they’re delivered. Snaile checks owner and resident data through Condo Control’s API, and will notify the correct recipient about the package they have received. This eliminates the need for concierge to notify residents about mail.

This partnership allows for a one-way push synchronization of resident data which means any changes to resident information made on Condo Control are automatically reflected on Snaile.
