Parcel Port is a Canadian company focused on designing, deploying and supporting smart parcel locker solutions for condos across North America. Their smart locker application supports a single scan process for drop-offs, and recipients can retrieve their packages at any time.

We integrate with Parcel Port to reduce the demanding and time-consuming process of package management for security and concierge, and maximize security and convenience for residents. Parcel Port works with Condo Control’s API and finds the recipient’s information in the system. It then notifies the resident about the package they have received. This is a one-way push synchronization of resident data.
