Our most recent release includes many exciting additions. We have partnered with TOPS accounting software, added further transparency of international credit card processing fees with Stripe, made easy to use Announcement templates, introduced recurring events functionality and increased file upload limits to 25mb. Our latest partnered integration this month is TOPS accounting software. This partnership allows for two-way integration between the two platforms. TOPS is a leading accounting system in the condo industry and we’re very excited to be working closely with their team to provide both solutions to our clients. The integration of our two platforms provides a huge benefit to clients as it will eliminate the need for manual upkeep of your resident data. Further, owners can view their account balance from TOPS right inside CCC. If you’re interested to learn more, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Credit Card Processing Fees
We’ve listened to your feedback and this change is now live! Our clients were getting affected by Stripe international credit card fees (an additional 0.06%) being applied to the corporation rather than the end-user. With this new change, the system clearly breaks down the fees for the end-user and if the user is using an international credit card, it will ask the user to agree before proceeding with the charges. Please keep sending us your feedback!
We’re excited to release announcement templates. These templates will assist you in creating quick announcements for common notices. Pick from our pre-made templates and customize your announcement with more visual design. Streamline your announcements for things such as; monthly fire tests, garage power wash, window washing, and much more! Our goal has always been to eliminate as much manual work as possible so that you can be more efficient at your daily activities. We look forward to hearing your feedback on this exciting new feature!
It’s finally here! No longer will you need to spend time creating events manually for an event that happens every week, month or year. We now have the ability for you to create recurring events. Why not start adding recurring events to your community events calendar today! Some recurring events our clients have started adding are monthly fire alarm testing, weekly game nights, yoga, or other regularly scheduled activities.
File size limit increased to 25mb
Our clients have let us know that the prior 4MB file size limit was a major pain point for them. We are happy to announce that we have now made changes to the entire system to allow for 6x the previous upload size, from 4MB to now 25MB! Feel free to upload those larger documents without the hassle/worry of the size (as long as it’s under 25MB). Further size limit increases will be coming in the near future.
