Miami is a well-known coastal metropolis located in southeastern Florida. Tourists flock to Miami to escape the cold and enjoy the gorgeous beaches, but there’s a lot more to this city than sun and sand.

Miami is relatively affordable compared to other big cities. It has a few major sports teams, great schools and a vibrant art scene. Florida doesn’t have a personal income tax, an estate tax or an inheritance tax (though it does impose a variety of sales and property taxes). It’s an excellent place for older people to settle down since it has dozens of active adult communities. This is also the perfect place to be if you’ve ever wanted to learn Spanish. Roughly 66% of the Miami-Dade population speaks Spanish.

We must also note that Miami has a superb collection of HOA management companies. It was hard for us to select only 10 companies as there are so many that stand out.

1. CADISA Inc.

Carlos and Jaqueline Diaz-Sampol, partners in life and in business, founded CADISA in 2005 to fill a void in Miami’s property management market. Having worked in the business, Carlos and Jackie saw that the industry lacked some basic qualities that they felt they could easily provide.  CADISA has respect for the industry, quality service, and ethics. The company values personal relationships, honesty and professionalism.

CADISA is a full-service licensed property management firm that cares for condominiums and HOAs. It has a team of professionals, including licensed community association managers, assistant managers, experienced accounting staff, office management, administrative assistants and quality maintenance personnel. Together, they can confidently and competently offer an array of services from building maintenance, to assisting with member meetings, to budget preparation.

2. A Solid Property Management Group, Inc.

You can’t go wrong with A Solid Property Management Group (ASPMG). This company boasts a 95% retention rate and will always put in the extra mile to keep HOA clients happy. Whether you’re a property owner, vendor, client, or board member, ASPMG will take an honest and straightforward approach with you in order to achieve the best results possible.

ASPMG offers services to help with communication, maintenance, inspections and finance. However, their secret weapon is technology. HOAs can enjoy online accounts, payment portals, electronic forms, website construction and electronic communications when they team up with this company. ASPMG has also worked with vendors that provide security tech such as front gate security, cameras, and alarms systems to associations.

3. Vesta Property Services

Vesta Property Services has been helping HOA communities in Miami for 25+ years. It specializes in superior amenities programming and lifestyle curation, advising HOAs, and providing affordable and direct financing for communities.

Vesta Property Services works hard to create a happy living environment for HOA communities through amenities management, events, and experienced personnel. As a bonus, when making improvements for current HOA owners, it also helps to boost home sales in the process.

Vesta makes sure that all associations it cares for are managed from a local office, with local staff who understand the community’s unique needs. In addition to the usual services, Vesta can offer HOAs strategic long-term planning, portfolio management and “snowbird” services.

Bonus: Self-Managed Associations

There are lots of great property management companies to choose from in Miami. However, some HOAs find that they can manage most day-to-day operations on their own. Self-managed associations may want to consider using HOA management software to help them streamline the most tedious or repetitive tasks.
