A Letter To Our Community Regarding COVID-19

We have all been impacted by the coronavirus pandemic and response. It has affected the way we work, socialize and carry out day-to-day activities. We cannot be sure how long this will last, but it is inspiring to see how well people are working together in order to get through this uncertain time.
Our team would like to take a moment to thank those who are putting their own health at risk to ensure the rest of us are taken care of. That includes health professionals, cashiers, pharmacists, security guards, cleaning staff, delivery staff, and other invaluable frontline workers. We truly appreciate it.
I also wanted to send a sincere thanks to everyone who is making the conscious decision to stay home. By doing this, you are helping to slow the spread and reduce risk for the most vulnerable amongst us.
Condo Control Central has taken steps since mid-February to prepare for this. Since March 17th, our entire team has been working from home. We remain connected and we are committed to continuing to provide the same level of service you’ve come to expect. Neither our services nor our products have been impacted, and we’ve taken precautions to ensure CCC and our team remain ready to meet your needs.
In order to assist our clients during this challenging time, we are offering the following services for free or at reduced rates until July 1, 2020:
- Discussion Forum
One of our long-time clients suggested that our discussion forum feature could be a great avenue to allow neighbours to stay connected while they must stay physically separate. We couldn’t agree more, and we’re happy to offer this feature for free. It can also provide an opportunity for neighbours to request or provide help during the current crisis.
- Proxy Voting
For clients who have AGMs scheduled between now and July 1, we are offering our proxy-voting feature at 50% off the regular rate. This can assist you in achieving quorum remotely, so that you can avoid the cost of rescheduling, while still avoiding an in-person meeting.
- Voice & Text Messaging
This feature can be extremely useful in reaching your entire community, especially those who may not be connected by email. For this reason, we are making this available at cost to all clients until July 1. For more details please speak to your account manager.
