What’s New With Condo Control Central

As a condominium management software company we are committed to continual innovation and finding ways to help make running a condo as smooth as possible. Our latest update saw the implementation of some great new features that we know you’re going to love.

An Expanded Events Calendar

We have expanded our event feature to support multiple colour-coded calendars, each with separate permissions. So, for example, if you want to create a social calendar, a building management calendar, or a security calendar, that’s all possible now. There have also been a number of minor improvements to the Events feature overall.

Email Signatures

Property managers have frequently asked to be able to automatically add a “signature” to the end of announcements and service request update emails with their contact information; this is now possible.

Service Request Portfolio Report

For property management companies who manage multiple buildings, we now have a report which compares service request performance across properties. This will be an invaluable tool for anyone overseeing more than a handful of buildings.

Credit Card Processing for Condo Amenities

Accepting payment for condo amenities has never been easier. You can now take payment right when the booking takes place from the app. With quick and easy setup, credit card processing is now available to everyone!

COMING SOON – Condo Control Central Mobile App

We have big news! Pretty soon you will be able to take your favourite condominium management software on the go. With this new app, you’ll be able to manage your buildings from anywhere in the world. Testing for the CCC mobile app is now taking place. The first version will be released later this month – let us know if you would like to be part of the testing process.
