Asking for and applying customer feedback has always been a core part of Condo Control’s business approach. Our customers have played a significant role in helping us build the award-winning product that we proudly offer today.
Your experiences, ideas, and suggestions are so important to us that we felt compelled to create a customer feedback portal. We are taking this step to better support our commitment to gathering and responding to your feedback. The portal is available as of November 25, 2021.
“Adding a user feedback portal to Condo Control is the next step for us when it comes to customer care and making sure their voices are heard,” said Condo Control President Brian Bosscher. “After all, our main objective is to simplify property management for them. We don’t want to guess what will and won’t be useful to them. It’s always better if they can tell us what they need to make their jobs easier.”
This new customer feedback portal gives our entire team a space where we can organize and prioritize feature ideas and improvements. It also gives us a simple way to keep you updated on projects or improvements that matter to you.
The portal is accessible from inside Condo Control, and is available to all customers. To access the portal, just click the Lightbulb Icon on the top menu bar. Your login will be the same as your Condo Control login.
There is a designated space for you to log your suggestions, submit new feature requests, and see other customers’ suggestions, too. You can even vote for ideas you like the most.
Moreover, the feedback portal provides a forum for Condo Control to respond to your feedback and provide updates as your ideas make their way through our development process.
We believe that this newest addition will enable us to do an even better job of providing you with a software system that is dynamic and flexible enough to grow with you as your needs and goals evolve.
