Condo Control Central’s founder, Brian Bosscher first involvement with condos started in 2006 when he purchased and moved into his. He joined the building’s finance committee immediately, and the next year he started volunteering on the Board of Directors, as Treasurer.
It was through volunteering that he obtained first-hand experience working with property managers, and witnessed the challenges they face on a day-to-day basis. It was this experience that inspired him to build the better mousetrap, and Condo Control Central was born.
