Condo Control wins Best of Customer Support, Best of Feature Set awards

It’s 2021, and we’re just as excited to move forward with the new year as you are. As turbulent and unpredictable as 2020 was, we did have some happy moments. We were able to help our clients maintain operations, even when they could not physically be in their offices or interact with other people. We helped keep owners and residents connected and informed so that they could have the information they needed to keep themselves and others in their community safe. And, we made some significant additions and improvements to our line of features, namely Amenity Bookings, Virtual Meetings and Violation Tracking.

Our goals have always been to simplify property management, and help keep property managers and residents in sync. If we could do that during a global pandemic, then we know we’re doing our job well.

But, we found out that not only did we achieve these goals, we also won two 1st place awards for our customer support and feature set.     

 

About the awards

TrustRadius has awarded Condo Control with their 2021 Best of Customer Support award, and 2021 Best of Feature Set award. Both awards fall under real estate property management.

The first award recognizes our company for going above and beyond to provide our customers with outstanding customer service in 2020. The award celebrates software that can provide help to a diverse array of property managers. 

To win the Best Customer Support award, each nominated organization had to receive 10 TrustRadius reviews in the past year that specifically talked about the company’s customer support. Winners also had to rank in the top three positions of their category in terms of what percentage of positive responses they earned this year. The TrustRadius research team also performed additional vetting via textual review analysis. 

The Feature Set award was given to us for creating an outstanding feature set that has gone above and beyond to delight users. The winning feature set focuses on centralizing record-keeping while reducing physical paperwork for the multiple roles or users who interact with the software. A similar system used for the Best Customer Support award was used to determine the winner of this award.

We are very happy to receive these 1st place awards, and we’re even happier to hear that our clients value our products and our services!
